Nvidia GeForce GTX 295 specs

Nvidia's upcoming dual-GPU card, the GeForce GTX 295 is still seeking fame and fortune online so it has once again made an appearance. In addition to the two new pics below, the guys at IT168 have served up detailed specs of the GeForce GTX 295 as well as quick performance comparison with AMD's Radeon HD 4870 X2.

According to colored charts , the GeForce GTX 295, boasting two 240 Cores 55nm GT200 GPUs @ 576 MHz, a 1998 MHz memory clock and 1242 MHz shaders, beats the 4870 X2 in Call of Duty: World at War, Fallout 3, Far Cry 2, Left 4 Dead, Dead Space and Mirror's Edge by more or less significant margins (5 to 70 FPS) and manages to consume less power than its Radeon rival.

GeForce GTX 295 is expected to arrive, or at least be announced, within a month but its price tag is yet unknown.
